This is a vintage toy sewing machine, Gateway Junior Model NP-1. It is labeled Gateway Engineering Company, Chicago, 51, Ill. Patents Pending. Circa 1940s.
The sewing machine measures 9 1/4" wide x 5 3/8" depth x 7 1/8" tall. The machine is in good vintage condition with minimal rust and paint loss; wheel moves freely, needle bar goes up and down and presser foot raises and lowers smoothly (needle not included). Wonderful look to this toy machine, perfect sewing room decor.
A great mid century collectible toy and a nice addition to the antique sewing machine collection.
