This Driftwood Dog is an amazing one-of-a-kind work of art, hand-crafted by artist JJ Starr. This was created from four pieces of driftwood, beached along the shores of The Hudson River. covered in resin. All of our beached creations are made from driftwood picked up along the shores of the beautiful Hudson River. There is always something about the shape and look of a piece of driftwood that inspires me to bring it home. I try to bring out the shape of the wood. Using some carving and sanding to make them come to life, making each sculpture unique with a personality of its own, and perfectly balanced. No two are alike and none can be replicated. I personally hand sign each sculpture branded into the wood. This beached creation will look amazing as a Nautical centerpiece, Beach Décor or decorating any spot in your home.
